At First Page, Terry led the web development team, delivering industry-standard code and SEO-ready programming solutions for clients from the SEO and sales teams. Additionally, he was responsible for overseeing the new UX/UI audit service and providing consultation for the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) service. Beyond his responsibilities at the Hong Kong office, Terry also communicated and collaborated with team leads from offices worldwide to maintain and support the internal websites.

During his six and a half years at SR, Terry worked on various projects, delivering responsive and interactive websites for clients like Cathay Pacific, Airport Authority Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. His contributions earned several industry awards. The role also demanded strong problem-solving skills to implement programming solutions efficiently and on schedule.

At iPulse, Terry took charge of project management, as well as front-end and back-end programming solutions. His key clients included Tolo Toys, mYacht, and the Hong Kong Sai Kung Stingrays rugby club. Additionally, Terry independently completed several web development projects for the agency, covering web architecture planning, layout design, CMS programming, and responsive website development. This role demanded exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong time management skills to effectively lead the team.
